1. Scope These terms apply to reservations and stays at Pension Mountain View Sauerland and to all related services.

2. Reservation A reservation becomes binding once it has been confirmed by us in writing (via email) or through our booking system (Smoobu).

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are per room per night, including VAT and local tourist tax. Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer,

unless otherwise agreed.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: until 10:30 AM

5. Cancellation Policy

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation

Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost

Less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total cost

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

6. Use of Rooms

Only the persons listed in the reservation are allowed to use the room.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

Our pension is for adults only (18+ policy).

7. Liability

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the building or furnishings.

The owner is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent.

No liability is accepted for valuables.

8. House Rules

Guests must comply with the house rules. In case of serious violations, the agreement may be terminated immediately without refund.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, published on our website.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies.

Jurisdiction lies within Germany.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
