House Rules Pension Mountain View Sauerland

We do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. To ensure this for all our guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:

⏰ Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 15:00–20:00

Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

Please return your room key at the reception upon departure.

🐶 Pets are not allowed

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Age: Adults Only (18+)

🚭 Smoking / Alcohol / Drugs

Our guesthouse is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted outside in the designated areas.

The use of drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, or causing disturbance to others is not allowed.

🛌 Rooms & Cleanliness

Please leave the room tidy.

Furniture and beds may not be moved.

Towels are for use inside the guesthouse only and may not be taken outside.

🗝️ Access for guests only

Entry to Pension Mountain View Sauerland is permitted for registered guests only.

This helps us maintain a safe and peaceful environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

🤫 Quiet Hours & Disturbance

Please respect other guests: quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

No parties or gatherings are allowed in the rooms.

🅿️ Parking

Free parking is available on our premises. Parking is at your own risk.

🌐 Internet

Please use responsibly (no illegal downloads, etc.).

💸 Payment

Payment via [cash / debit card / iDEAL / credit card / PayPal].

🛠️ Damage

Any damages must be reported immediately.

Damage or missing items will be charged.

🧯 Safety

Fire extinguishers and emergency exits are clearly marked.

The use of candles, open flames, or other flammable items is prohibited in rooms, balconies, and outdoor areas.

Cigarettes must always be fully extinguished in the ashtrays.

Self-brought cooking equipment is not allowed.
